Flexibly, individually and perfectly adapted to your applications
The modularity of the SAFEMASTER STS allows individual adaptions to the corresponding applications. By means of bayonet locks (see accessory) any number of units can be mounted of only a few basic modules.
Actuators
Several actuators are available in the delivery program of the SAFEMASTER STS system. Each actuator offers its own advantages for different applications.
Actuator modules
Actuator modules ensure safe access, for example on a protective cover or door.
Key modules
The key module monitors purely mechanically, for example the release or blocking of a protective door using a personal key. This property allows you to enforce a specific operating sequence from which you cannot deviate.
Keys
Dold has 2 key products – Key ST/K and Key ST Specific operating sequences can be enforced with these keys.
Padlock modules
The padlock module (LOTO) provides additional protection functions and is used to enable or lock functions. This can be achieved with a padlock by hooking it onto the non-removable key.
Locking modules
Locking modules ensure that protective doors and other protective devices remain closed as long as there is a dangerous condition or a risk of injury to people.
Switch modules
The switch module is used, for example, to protect movable protective devices. When the protective device is opened, dangerous movements must be immediately switched off by the switch module.
Accessories
The comprehensive accessory allows an easy installation. With only a few single components a variety of different locking units can be installed by means of bayonet locks.
