Safety interlock ZD has a slim design similar to that of the ZS series. The double actuator head enables the simultaneous interlocking of two guards with a constant locking force.

The small dimensions of the ZM design enable mounting even in confined installation conditions. Thanks to the simple external shape, the robust safety interlock is easy to mount.

Note: minimal door radius with guide funnel r > 300 mm

The large opening of the insertion funnel ensures actuators are reliably guided into the actuator head, which ensures the safety switch is protected from mechanical influences.

The insertion funnel is for use with the corresponding actuator.

Lockout bar for guardlocking

  • Material: stainless steel 1.4301

Unintentional closing of the guard door is prevented by the bolt. The bolt is secured by 3 Ø 7.2 mm holes. A bolt diameter of 4.5 mm to 7.0 mm secures the locking function.

To lock the actuator head, the bolt must be fed into the actuator head in the open position.

Then, the feeder is inserted into the actuator head until the holes overlap.
