About the TSG door control units
TSL-ESCHA door control units are particularly popular in buses and trains in North America, where large and robust products are highly valued. Another advantage of the TSL products: the door control units continue to function flawlessly even in cold regions. The reason for this: The TSG Series door control units impress with their robust metal housing and large backlit display area. Their metal housing provides additional protection against vandalism and makes the product durable.
When passengers press TSG101 or TSG108, the driver receives a signal that the doors should be opened. The modular design of the door control units allows customized combinations. There are a wide variety of pictograms and texts as well as icons. The pictograms and texts are either continuously legible or only visible when backlit. The touch surface can be selected with or without braille and with tactile characters. You can also choose from a wide range of colors for the housing and push button rings.
The TSG108’s beveled touch surface particularly helps passengers with reduced mobility to express their wish to stop.
By pressing the TSG101, passengers send the bus driver a stop request signal.
