Safety relay with semiconductor output
MINOS SLxD are safety emergency stop relays for monitoring emergency stop buttons, safety doors and light curtains, as well as contact reinforcement of safe outputs (e.g. safe PLC outputs) to machines and plants.

MINOS SLxD are safety emergency stop relays for monitoring emergency stop buttons, safety doors and light curtains, as well as contact reinforcement of safe outputs (e.g. safe PLC outputs) to machines and plants.
The modules are also certified for furnaces in continuous operation according to EN 50156-1 as well as EN 746-2. For use in the process industry these modules are certified according to IEC 61511-1.
SLxD:Variant for max. requirements up to PL d / Cat.3 / SILCL 2 (according to EN ISO 13849-1; IEC 62061).
SL1D for dual-channel emergency stop circuit, safety door monitoring with short circuit monitoring
SL2D for light curtains, contact reinforcement, OSSD output or single-channel emergency stop
There are variants with manual start or auto-start.
These Module are available with screw terminals or tensile spring terminals.
