DOLD cyclic timers with separately adjustable pulse and pause times

Cyclic timers from DOLD work much like flasher relays, but the pulse time and the pause time can each be set independently, so the two do not have to be equal. This makes them useful in time-dependent controls such as traffic light systems and automatic ovens, where the on and off phases are matched to the process.

All four models are asymmetrical flasher relays to IEC/EN 61812-1, start with either pulse or pause as selected, and span 0.05 s – 300 h. IK 7854 and SK 7854 are 17.5 mm wide and MK 7854N is a 22.5 mm UL-approved version; these three use eight rotary-switch ranges, run on AC/DC 12 ... 240 V and can be controlled by 2-wire proximity sensors. The 22.5 mm BC 7937N has 10 ranges, works on AC/DC 24 ... 240 V or DC 12 V and includes a control input that pauses the timing.
