Protection of people and machines. The module BH 5904 monitors the positions of valve lifter in standard hydraulic blocks for presses.

- According to- Performance Level (PL) e and category 4 to EN ISO 13849-1- SIL Claimed Level (SIL CL) 3 to IEC/EN 62061- Safety Integrity Level (SIL 3) to IEC/EN 61508
- Way of valve monitoring adjustable (2 NC, 2NO, 1 changeover contact)
- Reset button to acknowledge after fault detection
- Available with continuous monitoring of the valve or just with one check per cycle
- Contact reinforcement by external contactors possible
- Short circuit and cross fault detection
- Broken wire detection
- Outputs: 2 NO contacts
- 2 semiconductor outputs with short circuit, overload and temperature protection to monitor the status
- Under and overvoltage detection
