INFOMASTER fault annunciators for machines, plants and buildings

DOLD's INFOMASTER fault annunciators report faults and operating states of electrical systems in industrial plants and buildings, using lamps, signals or text messages, and can also set intervals for preventive maintenance. On complex machines and systems, a clear fault message can shorten troubleshooting considerably, which reduces production downtime and the cost that comes with it.

The compact INFOMASTER units give economical monitoring for small machines without a PLC, compressors being one example. The EH 9997 handles 6 signals (optionally 8) and the AD 5960 handles 12. Because the system is modular it can grow with the plant: the AD 5998 base unit with AD 5992 extensions scales from 3 to 303 inputs with new-fault signalling to DIN 19235, the IL 5990 and SL 5990 types from 4 to 160 inputs, and the EP 5966 and EP 5967 from 16 to 160 inputs in groups of 8 set to open or closed circuit operation.

For first-fault analysis, the RP 5994 and RP 5995 distinguish new, first and common alarms across 8 to 88 signals and drive the EH 5996 text display, which shows up to 88 messages. Flush-mount 96 x 96 mm display units such as the EH 5990 and EH 5994, the MK 9994 and AI 990 lamp testers, and the UP 5862 and UP 5864 test panels complete the system.
