DOLD speed, standstill, temperature and level monitoring relays

For physical quantities, DOLD offers speed and standstill monitors, temperature monitors, thermistor motor protection relays and level relays. Standstill monitors confirm that rotating machine parts have actually stopped, while temperature and thermistor relays track motor condition as temperatures rise. Speed monitoring runs from compact to feature-rich. IK 9055 and IL 9055 select over-, underspeed or frequency with ranges up to 10 kHz for turbines and centrifuges, while MK 9055N and MH 9055 cover 1 ... 120.000 IPM with an optional NAMUR input; the /5__ variants watch two frequency levels with separate outputs. For standstill, IK 9144 and IL 9144 detect blocking or missing pulses from PNP, NPN, 2-wire and other sensors, and BD 5936 monitors asynchronous motors with forcibly guided contacts.

Temperature options include PT100 relays such as the 17.5 mm IK 9094 and SK 9094 and the two-input BA 9094, plus thermistor motor protection relays from the 22.5 mm MK 9052 to the MK 9003 ATEX and MK 9163N ATEX. For level, MK 9151 has a 2 ... 450 kΩ setting range that separates fluid from foam and allows probe cables up to 1500 m, while IL 9151 and MK 9151N offer separate MIN and MAX delays.
