Solid-state relay / contactor, 2-poles

  • Free from wearing, noiseless, economic
  • Excellent EMC- performance, because of switching at zero crossing
  • Separate control of both poles
  • Available with heatsink to be mounted on DIN rail
  • Easy connection via cage clamp terminals

POWERSWITCH solid state relays and contactors for wear-free, silent switching

Solid state relays and solid state contactors switch loads electronically, with no moving contacts to wear out. DOLD has built solid-state switching devices for industrial use for decades, and its POWERSWITCH series is aimed at applications with high switching frequencies and many cycles. Once installed, the devices can run for a very long time, so the routine replacement that mechanical contactors need in these duties largely disappears.

Each device ships with a heat sink matched to its rating, so it can be snapped onto a DIN rail, wired and put into service in a few steps. To handle the heat generated at high load currents, DOLD uses DCB (direct copper bonding) in the power stage to improve heat dissipation. The series tolerates repeated loading, high temperatures, vibration and shock, and suits uses such as medical technology, stage technology, heating and lighting. If you have an existing contactor part number or a load description, send it over and we can suggest a POWERSWITCH equivalent.

  • Wear-free, noiseless switching for high cycle counts
  • Compact housings from 22.5 mm wide
  • DIN rail mounting with integrated, matched heat sink
  • DCB technology for better heat dissipation at high currents
  • Vibration and shock resistant for harsh environments
