SAFEMASTER W UH 6900 group radio safety system for AGVs and floor conveyors

The UH 6900 from DOLD's SAFEMASTER W series transmits emergency stop and control functions over a safety radio link in group mode. One group controller works with up to 255 group receivers and can shut several of them down securely through unidirectional safety radio transmission. The controller and an individual receiver can also exchange indicator, control and status information.

This setup adds flexibility when guarding hazardous areas, especially in mobile applications such as fully automated floor conveyors and automated guided vehicles. The system is rated to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3, transmits data reliably with low susceptibility to interference, and includes fault localization, diagnostics and built-in analysis of the existing radio network.
