SAFEMASTER W wireless emergency stop for mobile and large machine areas

SAFEMASTER W is DOLD's mobile radio safety system for emergency stop and control functions. The wireless link meets PL e and safety category 4 according to EN ISO 13849-1, and the compact radio modules are rated to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3. Because the safety signal travels by radio, assembly and wiring effort drops and operators keep full freedom of movement.

The system is at its best in mobile applications and in large or complex installations with hazardous areas. Typical tasks include setting up machines and carrying out troubleshooting or maintenance on machines that are running in automatic mode. The ergonomic handheld transmitter is designed for fatigue-free use, and the modules are built for harsh and extreme environmental conditions.

  • Rated to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3
  • Wireless link to PL e, Category 4 per EN ISO 13849-1
  • Less assembly and wiring than hard-wired stops
  • Suited to harsh and extreme environments
  • Ergonomic transmitter for setup, troubleshooting and maintenance
