SAFEMASTER W UH 6900 pair-mode radio safety for E-stop transmission
The UH 6900 from DOLD's SAFEMASTER W series is a safety-approved, bidirectional radio system that carries safety inputs, such as emergency stop, together with standard control signals. Using current radio technology, it links two safety zones wirelessly over a considerable distance in pair mode, combining a high safety level with long transmission range.
It is typically used on installations spread over large areas and on mobile equipment, for example driverless transport systems and fully automated conveyors. It also offers a simple, low-cost way to retrofit wireless links into existing safety systems. Built-in radio network analysis plus detailed fault localization and diagnostics help keep the link reliable and resistant to interference.
The UH 6900 MF module listed here is 45 mm wide and rated Cat. 4 / PL e and SIL 3 to IEC/EN 62061. It detects broken wires and short circuits with fault indication, signals weak or lost radio contact through a semiconductor output, has two more semiconductor status outputs, and uses LEDs for module, input/output and radio link status. The ZB 6900/200 charger is also listed in this category.
- Cat. 4 / PL e, SIL 3 safety level
- Emergency stop transmitted over radio
