Mechanical guard locking with separate actuator and electromechanical release. When activated the contacts which monitor the disable position switch. When the key is inserted the contacts switch for key monitoring and the actuator or the second key can be removed. To secure separating guards such as safety gates and hoods in machine and plant engineering.
