These units pair mechanical guard locking with electrical monitoring, uniting the advantages of key transfer, solenoid locking and a safety switch in one system. The locking unit opens and unlocks only once the key has been inserted. Contacts signal where the actuator or first key is and confirm that the second key has been forcibly withdrawn. They are made for separating guards like safety doors and hoods, including full body access where someone could be locked in.
RX10A (stainless) and RX10BM/K (FRP), together with RXK01M and RXK01M/K, are mechanical guard locks with actuator position monitoring. RX10K01M and RX10K01M/K monitor a second key. RX11A, RX11BM/K, RXK11M and RXK11M/K combine key exchange with actuator position monitoring, while RX11M and RX11M/K are key exchange units with monitoring. All hold the EU-type test certificate under 2006/42/EG, annex IX, for applications up to PL e / Category 4 to EN ISO 13849-1.
