Power Interlocking ZRH01SLP6: SAFEMASTER STS load isolator with key interlock
Power Interlocking builds a switch disconnector into SAFEMASTER STS, so the energy supply to a machine can be cut on all poles and locked off before anyone enters the hazard area. The key in the built-in interlocking unit is only released once the disconnector is off. With the key withdrawn, the drive shaft is held mechanically at the off position and cannot be turned on. Because the shaft itself is locked, the disconnector needs no changes or adjustment.
The released key then opens other STS access points that are locked purely mechanically, so doors can be safeguarded without wiring or an extra control level. Adding the unit to the emergency stop circuit as well gives a two-channel structure reaching PL e, category 4 to EN ISO 13849-1. ZRH01SLP6 is a stainless steel unit designed for disconnectors that have a square drive shaft. Send us the disconnector type you plan to use and we can check the fit.
