Description
ATR313 is a flexible and user-friendly interface device. With PLC model PL300, ATR313 is a datalogger control system specially conceived for the management of industrial kilns, environmental chambers and driers. The graphic display may visualize all relevant variables and configuration parameters.
Visualization is completely configurable by selection of single measurements, average values or maximum and minimum values. Up to 5 data acquisition modules PL300 may be connected to provide control over up to 20 processes, each connectable to one of two available setpoints. PID algorithm is selectable for each control loop.
Two setpoints are configurable for measurement of temperature, preassure, humidity, oxigen %. The operating as programmer for firing cycle allows both manual function and programming of up to 20 cycles of 30 steps each. Beside time and temperature values, step configuration includes four possible status (On/Off)of auxiliary relays.
Configurations for gas plant allow cable savings and wide variety of solutions for the management of motorized valves during ramp, holding and dwell. Useful features for firing plants include also : RECOVERY mode for the firing prosecution also after a black-out, providing a recovery step with programmable rise gradient and WAITING function, useful in case the kiln is unable to reach the programmed temperature in the given time. For application on environmental chambers Heating-Cooling PID is available.
Beside control and alarm functions, the outputs may also be configured for retransmission of analog signal (setpoint value or sensor reading), which may be useful to connect the controller to paper recorders or to control inverters.
Two serial ports RS485 enable the software upgrading of Flash memory and the communication via Modbus-RTU. Software tool DataLogger313 enables configuration and upgrade of parameters and cycle data beside data recording function for visualization on PC.
