SAFEMASTER emergency stop relays up to PL e, Category 4 and SIL 3

Emergency stop modules, often called emergency stop relays, monitor safety functions such as an e-stop button or a safety gate in almost any machine. When a hazard occurs, they halt dangerous movement or cut the energy supply, protecting both operators and equipment. DOLD's SAFEMASTER e-stop relays meet the requirements up to Performance Level (PL) e / Category 4 to DIN EN ISO 13849, while taking up very little room in the control cabinet.

These conventional, monofunctional safety relays work best on machines that need only a small number of safety functions. The type-tested modules come ready to connect and can be used in applications up to Cat. 4 / PL e or SIL 3. DOLD offers compact housings starting at 17.5 mm wide, a choice of connection technologies, and variants that add a time delay or detect power failure. The relays are also suitable for firing systems according to EN 50156-1.
