SAFEMASTER safety relays for emergency stop, safety doors, light curtains and safety mats

Safety relays supervise individual safety functions on a machine: emergency stop, guard doors, two-hand controls, safety mats, light barriers and others. DOLD's classic monofunctional SAFEMASTER relays are quick to commission, show diagnostics right on the device, and use plug-in push-in terminals with positively driven contacts. Installation widths start at 17.5 mm, and several housing styles are available. When only a few safety functions need monitoring, this series is a straightforward fit.

The devices are certified to IEC/EN 61508 up to SIL 3, IEC/EN 62061 up to SIL CL 3 and EN ISO 13849-1 up to Cat. 4 / PL e, so they can be used worldwide. For low-demand mode operation, DOLD provides extra safety-related figures for individual devices. The portfolio extends from these single-function relays to multifunctional, modular safety systems with fieldbus connection.
